MORE TRUTH: The opposing side likes to say People For Sandy's candidates are “Developer Friendly” yet surprisingly, their BIGGEST DONOR (who they accepted a $5,000 donation from – it benefits all of them) is Oregon developer Brad Picking. Ask them why?
CONSIDER THIS: If developers take their business elsewhere because Sandy fees are just too high, where else is the money needed to fund ongoing city expenses going to come from? Very possibly from increasing YOUR taxes and utility bills.
